ETI's Environmental Test Chambers

Most of ETI's competitors design and manufacture their products for controlled environments, typically around a nominal room temperature of 20-25ºC (68ºF to +77ºF). Because our clientele have applications in uncontrolled environments, ETI utilizes its environmental test chambers to design and qualify the products to the actual extremes in temperature and humidity needed for given applications. These chambers allow us to operate the ETI gear while raising and lowering the temperature and humidity over the desired range.

As an example, ETI offers  certain models that operate over the temperature range of -40ºC to +65ºC (-40ºF to +149ºF). The test chambers are also used to perform HALT (highly accelerated life testing) and HASS (highly accelerated  stress screening) testing.
